What we do:
AGEP manages and licenses digital intellectual property to customers of all sectors within the European Union. This includes software products, designs, images, texts and process instructions worthy of protection, technical descriptions as well as complete patents.
Our Services
Asset management
Within the scope of our asset management, our own assets as well as those of our clients are maintained by our company. They are are catalogued, described and continuously valued in accordance with established rules.
Accounting
On our own behalf or on behalf of our clients, we charge licence fees, user fees and ancillary services to companies and private individuals in Europe and draw up the necessary contracts and agreements. We meet the requirements of legally secure, correct invoicing in accordance with different invoicing periods and also ensure the collection of claims.
Maintenance
In many cases, different intellectual property must be kept up to date. In maintenance management, we reliably fulfil ongoing updates and communicate changes and expansion possibilities with licensees or buyers.
Sale or disposal
As part of asset management, we also take responsibility for the complete sale or liquidation of assets. We oversee the process and arrange all contractual and settlement arrangements.
